What is Exomine? 

Exomine is the result of T-Lab’s continuous investment in research and innovation, providing a completely autologous method to harvest platelet-derived exosomes. The kit facilitates the release of billions of vesicles by causing stress to the platelets within PRP through a microlyzer cutting tool and uniquely designed PRF tube, making this a truly revolutionary exosome treatment. 

Exomine achieves an approximate count of 4-5 billion vesicles per ml. With a final product size of approximately 5cc, Exomine delivers an industry-leading vesicle count, providing users an average of 25-30 billion vesicles. 

This versatile product demonstrates efficacy across numerous diverse domains within the realm of medical aesthetics, including skin regeneration, hair loss treatments, spot treatments, joint and connective tissue therapies, and non-healing wounds.

The Technology

 

The Microlyzer Blade. The 600um Microlyzer has specially designed blades and structure to induce stress on blood cells, leading to the release to billions of vesicles. It also plays a crucial role in the activation of platelet cells. 

 

 

Advanced PRF Tube. T-Lab, in collaboration with specialist medical professionals, have developed a patented and uniquely designed "advanced PRF tube" as a result of studies aimed at enhancing vesicle release of blood cells. Its specially grooved design facilitates the release of billions of vesicles and activation of platelet cells. 


Safe and Effective

Exomine has evolved through years of extensive research and development, driven by T-Lab's many years in regenerative medicine and autologous systems. Offering rapid and effective outcomes, Exomine provides users with an autologous and secure system. The fact that it is an autologous system obtained from the patient's own blood eliminates the risk of allergic reactions after injection. 

Billions of Vesicles

As a result of much research into optimum device and protocol options, Exomine achieved an approximate count of 4-5 billion vesicles per ml. With a final product size of approximately 5cc, Exomine delivers an industry-leading vesicle count, providing users an average of 25-30 billion vesicles. 

To be defined as exosomes, vesicles need to be 30-150nm in size; be analysed with relevant CD markers; and exhibit high viability. Exomine studies show an average vesicle size of 116nm and a confirmation that 98% of vesicles are platelet-derived exosomes. (using the relevant CD markers) Impartial lab results further demonstrate a viability rate of 99%.

Application in Aesthetics

Exomine has broad uses in the fields of Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics. It is frequently employed in combination with tissue grafting to facilitate soft tissue healing, enhance regional tissue quality, achieve tissue radiance, increase elastic and collagen synthesis to reduce wrinkles, and address hair loss.
