We completely get it, we change our minds too! Changes can be made to orders that have not yet entered production, this is based on a case by case decision made by our production manager.
We can only cancel orders that have not entered production or been shipped.
Please email all amend/cancel requests to enquires@hawksley.co.uk quoting your PO/order number.
Invoices will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Due to the nature of our products being medical devices we can only replace items if they are faulty or damaged through transport. Refunds will not be given in this case but a replacement will be sent.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

For products that are in stock we aim to ship next day delivery (this may vary at busy times)
Most orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days.
For any products that have a longer lead time we will notify you via email.
Please note delivery in transit times will take longer for international orders, we are happy to provide tracking information for any order.
