As one of the most popular counting chambers on the market, the Neubauer Haemocytometric Counting Chamber is used for counting a range of different cell types, including sperm, yeast and blood. The Neubauer Counting Chamber includes two cover glasses and uses the standard cover glass - Z50000. 

Key Features

  • Crafted from a single piece of thermal and shock-resistant glass.
  • Two cover glasses per chamber, featuring an H-shaped moat forming up to two counting areas, or plateaus. Each area features an etched grid for maximum accuracy.
  • Depth between the cover glass and the ruled surface is 0.1mm, limiting the volume of 1mmof sample over a square mm to 0.1mm3.
  • Contact of the cover glass with the supports produces an exact amount of fluid over the counting area. 
  • Smooth capilliarity for precise loading and even cell loading.
