The Nageotte double cell counting chamber allows one to manually count low leucocyte concentrations below the capabilities of a standard Haemacytometer, and is also used for counting nematodes. The Nageotte contains a counting area containing 40 rectangular areas. Total Volume of 1 Square mm of the grid is 50 mL. The Nageotte can accurately measure down to 0.1 cell/mL (100 cell/ml). Cell Depth is 0.5mm. The Nageotte Chamber comes with two reusable cover slips (22mm X 25mm X 0.5mm).
